There are a few forms you will need to complete before we can list your vehicle, but they are painless.  Here are some things we'll need once we contact you (call 814/827-0300 ext. 5900 if you have questions):

  • Copy of your dealer's license or federal tax ID number

  • A consignment agreement which is our business agreement and also explains how the Consignment Sales program works from assignment to sale.

  • A sales assignment form which outlines information we need to effectively market and sell your unit on the website. It's important to describe work you have done on the vehicle including parts that may have been removed.

  • A Limited Power of Attorney which authorizes QCSA Direct to sign the title over to the new buyer, on your behalf. This is done only once

 

In order to maintain integrity of our auctions, under no circumstances is a Consignor permitted to bid on one of his/her own units.  No exceptions.
