Biltmore Asset Recovery (SD Biltmore) will be closed May 14th through May 18th. Please arrange to make any vehicle pickups prior to the 14th. Buyer Storage WILL be waived during the closure. Call facility at (828) 681-0077 with any questions.

Due to a severe storm at our East St. Louis yard all vehicles physically located at QCSA East St. Louis will be held from sale this week, May 1st. Our QCSA Springfield auction will be held as usual on Tuesday, May 1st starting at 9 AM CST. The East St. Louis yard is open for vehicle pickups. Call 618-452-2701 with any questions regarding this update.

Starting Saturday, April 7th the following QCSA and CrashedToys locations will not be opened for Saturday pickups :

- QCSA Chicago North (Bartlett)

- QCSA Chicago South (Hammond)

- QCSA Springfield

- QCSA Eldridge

- QCSA East St. Louis

- CrashedToys Hammond

- CrashedToys Bartlett

- CrashedToys Iowa

-CrashedToys Springfield

- CrashedToys St. Louis

The last day for Saturday pickups for the above locations will be Saturday, March 31st. If you have any questions on pickup hours/days at a given QCSA or CrashedToys locations please contact the yard directly.

We had a great weekend at Dealer Expo in Indianapolis! It was great meeting with and talking powersports with all who stopped by the Crashedtoys.com booth.

Changes Made to RMS System!

The following changes have been made to the Reserve Management System (RMS) :

The Active and Pending tabs have been combined to one tab.
There is now one countdown for BOTH buyer and seller.
The columns where the header is underlined can now be sorted.
A column and filter titled "Last Action" has been added to display the last entity to make a decision.
An email will be sent to you anytime the seller makes a counter offer.

PLEASE NOTE: Mid-Atlantic Auctions End-Times to Change!

Beginning the week of January 30th, Mid-Atlantic auctions will begin transitioning to afternoon end-times. The following five auctions will be the first to change featuring auction end times between 9:00am -12:00pm EST: SD Hampton (Tuesday 1/31), SD Harrisburg "Glenn’s Towing" (Wednesday 2/1), SD Northern Virginia "Roadrunner" (Thursday 2/2), SD Baltimore (Friday 2/3), SD Eastern Shore "Banks Auto Recyclers" (Friday 2/3).

*Please Note that the SD Baltimore and SD Eastern Shore auctions are moving from Mondays to Fridays beginning the week of Monday January 30th.

The following week, beginning Monday, February 6th, ALL Mid-Atlantic yards will have auctions ending before 12:00pm EST.

* SD Pittsburgh East and SD Pittsburgh West will also change from Monday auctions to Friday auctions beginning the week of Monday, February 6th!

Holiday Auction Schedule Changes!

Happy Holidays from QCSA Direct! Please be aware all QCSA Direct and Crashed Toys facilities will be closed on Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd! Likewise facilities will be closed the Saturday, December 24th and Saturday, December 31st. Click here to see specific network changes and a facility by facility holiday auction schedule.

Changes to Note:

SD Baltimore will move from Monday 12/26 and Monday 1/2 to Tuesday 12/27 and Tuesday 1/3!

SD Pittsburgh East and West will move from Monday 12/26 and Monday 1/2 to Wednesday 12/28 and Wednesday 1/4!

QCSA Direct is now working under a 3 business day cut-off format for posting vehicles to auction. For example: A Wednesday auction can continue adding cars up until 3 business days prior to sale- or the previous Friday! Any Questions? Call: 814-827-0300!

Late Model Rentals in Auction Now!

Over 20 late model rental cars are in auction set to end Wednesday 11/9 beginning at 7:00pm EST. The units have mainly Clean-Titles and are Run/Drives. Fifteen of the units are selling from SD Cleveland, OH!
